Philadelphia is the cradle of Liberty. But its also filled with contemporary architecture and a thriving design community. We feed off of this creative energy and it always makes it way back into our design work.

Timeless design

Fashion changes by the year, but architecture shouldn’t. Our designs center around using quality materials and craftsmanship through detailing and careful design. These are the elements that craft a timeless architecture.

Architecture is a team sport

It takes a team to create a final building. From the various engineers and product reps involved on the front end to the contractor and subcontractors involved on the back end of a project, we believe in collaboration. Architecture is not designed and built in a vacuum, so we’re always seeking to build our connections with potential collaborators and future partners. We hope you’ll join us!

Principal & Founder

Kevin Malawski has over ten years of experience working as an architect in Philadelphia, PA . His background is predominantly in commercial, academic, and sports architecture where he has had the opportunity to work on high profile projects at universities & stadiums with large, complex building typologies. When not designing or planning for the firm, he’s often running, camping, or lost in another book.
